Job Roles / Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality solutions which meet expectations for schedule, scope, and expected budget
• Manage project teams to ensure their needs are met, deliverables are completed, and their feedback is incorporated into solutions
• Facilitate communication among all parties to move tasks forward, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
• Communicates daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly project plans and requirements clearly to entire team.
• Ensures that all team members are properly tracking time and fully documenting progress and ensures proper and up-to-date project documentation.
• Encourages and participates in creative problem solving.
• Track, document and manage the project.
• Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field
• 12+ Years of technical experience and 5+ years of Project Management Experience.
• Manage a distributed team
• Expert in JIRA.
• Manage schedules, resources and risks
• Gather requirements, define project’s scope
• Communicate clearly and efficiently
• Have superior customer skills
• Have experience as a Project Manager
