Key Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture and product configuration for Oracle BRM across prepaid and postpaid domains.
Design and implement billing, rating, pricing, invoicing, and voucher management solutions.
Configure pricing catalogs using Pricing Design Center (PDC) and optimize real-time rating via Elastic Charging Engine (ECE).
Drive telecom BSS integrations including Diameter (Ro, Gy, Gx), PCRF, DRA, STP, and external charging systems.
Define, review, and optimize system solutions for Cloud Native BRM deployments (AWS preferred).
Lead data migration, custom opcode development, and system performance enhancements.
Conduct requirement workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business outcomes.
Provide leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and technical guidance to implementation teams.
Own SIT/UAT support, production troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
