Role: Senior Fusion HCM Consultant – Payroll
Duration: 6 months & extendable

Desired Skills and Experience:
· A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
· Project management and Project Deliverable experience.
· Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in HCM modules of Fusion HCM Cloud
· At least end to end implementations of Fusion HCM Cloud modules
· Experienced in designing complex solutions in Fusion HCM Cloud
· Ability to multi-task on enhancements and support.
· Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication, including the ability to engage key stakeholders, internally and externally at different levels
· Highly proficient in the below Fusion HCM Cloud modules (Must-have)
o  Core HCM
o  Payroll
o  Compensation Workbench
Technical knowledge in the below modules
o  BI Reports/Dashboards
o HDL
Technical knowledge in the below modules (Nice to Have)
o  BPM
o  PAAS Extension Development Experience(Oracle PAAS Platform)

· In-depth knowledge of HCM operational business practices
· Experience in implementing and supporting long-term/complex project on Oracle Applications
· Knowledge in integrating EBS with other business applications
· Exceptional analytical, logical and problem-solving skills
· Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, including the ability to engage key stakeholders, internally and externally at different levels
· Familiar with working in an integrated and multi-cultural environment
· Strong analytical & organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight and competing deadlines
· A minimum of 2 Support Projects (2 Years).
· Proven record of working with Customizations and Interfaces.
