They are currently looking for a Senior Cost Manager to work for one of the leading Development company based in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

- Must have Real Estate/Mixed Development experience.
- Cost Estimation: Rough Order Magnitude, High-Level Cost Estimation, Detailed Cost Estimation.
- Cost Planning (incl. cash-flows / cash-calls / accruals).
Budgeting.
- Familiar and well aware of the industry (construction) costs (rates per SQM and rates per SQF) / GFA / BUA / GEA / etc.) in KSA as well as GCC.
- Cost Benchmarking capabilities.
