Risk Management Specialist

Manage technology projects and coordinate implementation\upgrade with experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Essential Responsibilities include managing technical team of IT resources responsible for system enhancements and project delivery, good hands on experience on Risk Management Software.
Experience in the Financial industry with a focus in Credit Risk, Market Risk, Asset Liability Management and Regulatory Reporting requirements (E.g. Basel II, Basel III, LCR & NSFR, ALM, Credit Rating and BRF)
Knowledge of Basel regulations including good understanding of liquidity risk management

Exposure to business analysis, end to end data sourcing initiatives to support regulatory reporting requirements, reconciliations, detailed technical technical specifications and design solutions
Analyze defects, troubleshoot systems, identify root cause and implement fixes within SLA's during testing phase of the project. 
Familiar with System Development Life Cycle for new projects with Estimation, Funding, Scheduling, Requirements, Design, Construction, Testing and Release. 
Act as single point of contact for departments like Credit Risk, Market Risk, Finance & ALM for their technology requirements in regulatory space.
Technical experience with technologies and concepts such as Java, SOA, Web Services, Micro Services, SOAP, WSDLs, and XML building queries of data analytics in SQL and ORACLE databases and working with third party vendors to develop software and integrate software (real-time and batch, TIBCO , ETL etc.).
