·       Candidates must have over 10 years of relevant experience in payment system implementations, overall 15+ years of experience, highlighting a solid track record with projects that leverage core banking systems such as T24. This experience must include demonstrated leadership in at least two significant Payment Hub projects, with hands-on involvement in deploying top-tier Payment Hub solutions. Additionally, candidates must showcase specific experience evidencing the ability to navigate and integrate within complex financial systems architectures.
·       Payment Schemes Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the UAE's local payment schemes, instant payments, and RTGS systems are essential for this role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in navigating these systems to ensure comprehensive payment solutions that cater to local requirements.
Techno-Functional Proficiency: Solid understanding of payment technologies, operational processes, ISO20022, MT to MX migration, APIs, straight-through processing, and regulatory landscapes, especially relevant in the UAE and other key markets. **
