Role -
PMO manager for AMO(Application Maintenance Operation) activities & AMO Domain lead
- Manage PMO activities to support AMO related admin./reporting tasks in cooperation with AMO manager/PMO team member
- Manage information security related tasks(Mandatory trainings & regular report to meet both internal and customer requirements, security incident report/preventive action etc.) with help from security lead
- SPOC for various internal information gathering/distribution in response to customer requests including meeting attendance
- Manage domestic office infra. change/issue for offshore develop. center
- SPOC for subcontrcutor
- Escalation point to customer internal process/workflow


Responsibilties -

'- Coordinating / leadership among responsible teams accross onsite/offshore as PMO manager/Fin. domain lead(DL)
- Regular work (Inquiry/Service Request handling, Trouble shooting) as Fin. DL/M365 onsite support
- Team management including team member capability enhancement/improvement
- Customer communication & documetation on a regular/ad-hoc basis
- Emergency & esscalation handling based on customer registered callout procedure
- Manage and execute the small enhancement for responsible applications
