We have two different roles:
1: Oracle HCM - Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll(UAE),Workforce Compensation
2: Oracle HCM-Core HR, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Learning Management, Helpdesk
6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM applications, including recent Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience.
Proven track record of multiple end-to-end implementations in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Workforce Compensation.
Proficiency with Oracle tools: HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, OTBI, Fast Formulas.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Prior consulting experience and ability to work independently with clients.
Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
