JD:
Location: work from home
Minimum 4+Years into Fusion and overall 10+Years Oracle experience HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL, Performance, Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, etc.).
Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules as per business requirements and best practices.
Develop and maintain reports, fast formulas, and custom objects using BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and HDL.
Design, build, and troubleshoot integrations using HCM Cloud tools, REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
Support data migrations and conversions using HCM Data Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Loader, and FBL.
Work closely with technical teams to validate functional impacts of extensions and customizations.
Participate in end-to-end project activities — from Fit-Gap Analysis, CRP, SIT/UAT, to Go-Live and Post-Production Support.
Prepare functional/technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and manage incident tickets through resolution.
