Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead ETL Architect with deep expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) to lead and manage critical data integration and migration initiatives across the enterprise. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on technologist capable of managing end-to-end ETL operations, owning the PowerCenter job landscape, and leading the migration to cloud-based IDMC. The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring robust, performant, and scalable data integration across Salesforce, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Fusion platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead for all ETL activities including design, development, enhancement, and monitoring of Informatica PowerCenter workflows.
Own & proactively manage daily PowerCenter job executions, reviewing logs, resolving sync failures, and mitigating risk of job failures.
Enhance & refactor legacy return jobs to improve reliability, throughput, & performance optimization.
Design, lead & execute the migration of PowerCenter workloads to IDMC Cloud, including architecture definition, process mapping, and validation frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application owners, database administrators & business stakeholders to ensure seamless data flows and alignment with enterprise data strategy.
Manage workflow schedulers, job orchestration tools & dependencies across applications.
Drive root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes &create robust monitoring, alerting & documentation frameworks.
Maintain data integrity, quality, compliance & audit requirements across integrations &jobs.
Provide technical mentoring &guidance to junior developers or ETL support teams when required.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with data governance, metadata management& data quality frameworks.
Knowledge of API-based integrations, web services (SOAP/REST) & event-driven architectures.
Exposure to DevOps practices for ETL automation & cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
