Whilst the title is Deputy, the level of work will actually be quite senior.

This group has an international presence and a number of boards/committees to support. They are expanding, winning major projects and considering IPO for part of the group.

The work will involve the full spectrum of Co Sec responsibilities, ranging from complex corporate governance matters to regular board admin/management.

If you are someone with listed company experience, that will make you stand out.

Otherwise, they are looking for someone with circa 5-10 years experience, coupled with some form of Co Sec/Governance training/education.

You will be joining a team with a lovely down to earth culture. They are high performing, but also know when is the right time to have a laugh
