Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to lead complex implementation projects and provide expert-level guidance to clients. This senior position focuses on strategic solution design, client relationship management, and mentoring project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare support.
Conduct gap analysis to align client business processes with Oracle Fusion functionality.
Lead client-facing workshops for process design, configuration, testing, and validation.
Architect and configure Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across modules:
Core HR: Workforce structures, employee data management, absence management, and self-service.
Talent Management: Goal management, performance management, career development, succession planning, and performance reviews.
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC): Requisition management, candidate experience, internal mobility, and reporting.
Learning: Learning content management, course administration, and employee learning journeys.
Help Desk: Employee and HR-facing service requests and issue resolution.
Lead the implementation of absence management solutions, including configuration and testing.
Develop and implement Fast Formulas for complex accruals, entitlements, and carryover rules.
Mentor project teams and provide knowledge transfer to both internal and client staff.
Advise clients on best practices and Oracle Fusion updates.
Oversee technical tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI) and ensure robust documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience, including at least three full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Applications as a functional lead.
Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM with significant hands-on experience across required modules.
Proven experience with Oracle technical tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI).
Strong understanding of HR business processes and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Experience leading client workshops and managing client expectations.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and coach junior team members.
